Returns & Exchange Policy

eTechPoint accepts returns and allows exchange of sold products and services under this returns and exchange policy.

1. We accept any unopened, unworn, unwashed and unused products with original tags within 3 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

2. Please return products with original invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

3. The expenses of the return delivery will be paid by the customer and the products need to be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post to our address.

4. Delivery Charges will not be refunded. Products delivered under 70% Off Shipping Policy will have a deduction of Rs. 100 as shipping charges.

5. Refund requests are usually processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned products.

6. Products should be packed properly, preferably in the original packing it arrived in, before return.

7. Refund will not be made for products damaged due to improper packing during return delivery.
